There are various versions of intermittent fasting, but the overall concept is the same: Eat all the non-gmo, organic and natural foods that you would like, but only during a specific time period. You go longer periods of time without eating, then eat a large meal.
One of the major benefits of IF is its healing power. It is not a quick-fix cure, but it does help allow the body’s natural ability to heal become triggered faster by removing the obstacles to the healing that needs to take place.
